I was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2008 and have since focused on mergers and acquisitions transactions, including share and business acquisitions and disposals, as well as joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and group reorganisations. I have been ranked by Chambers Asia-Pacific in Corporate/M&A in Malaysia, and recognised by IFLR1000 as a Rising Star Partner for Capital Markets: Equity and M&A.

I have acted for public listed companies, private equity firms and private companies in Malaysia and on cross-border transactions. I have experience advising foreign acquirers on the acquisition of Malaysian businesses in regulated sectors, including transactions involving Singapore-listed companies.
