Lawyering

While working on corporate transactions can be demanding, I often wonder if it’s possible to truly enjoy the process, not just the celebrations after the transactions are completed.

I find it becomes more enjoyable when:

โ—ผ๏ธ The team shares the same goal.

โ—ผ๏ธ Everyone involved in the transactions is responsible and committed to doing a good job.

โ—ผ๏ธ The team proactively seeks solutions when issues arise.

โ—ผ๏ธ We remain curious and eager to learn.

โ—ผ๏ธ We support each other.

What do you enjoy most about the transaction you are working on right now?
